Refund Policy – RapidRacers At RapidRacers, we’re dedicated to delivering high-speed excitement and unforgettable karting experiences. Your satisfaction matters to us, so we have outlined our refund policy to keep everything clear and fair. Booking and Payment All karting sessions, group events, and special packages require full payment at the time of booking. Payments can be made online or at our facility. Cancellation and Refund Terms Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled race will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule without additional fees. Cancellations made within 72 hours but more than 24 hours before the session are eligible for a 50% refund or rescheduling credit. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session or no-shows are non-refundable. Weather and Safety Conditions In cases of severe weather or unsafe track conditions, RapidRacers reserves the right to postpone or cancel sessions. Customers will be offered rescheduling options or full refunds. Technical or Equipment Issues If technical difficulties with karts or equipment arise and affect your experience, please notify staff immediately. We will attempt to resolve the issue quickly and may offer session extensions, reschedules, or partial refunds depending on the circumstances. Non-Refundable Cases Refunds will not be issued for: Sessions already attended or partially completed. Personal changes of mind or dissatisfaction unrelated to service faults. Failure to follow safety instructions or improper behavior leading to session termination. How to Request a Refund or Reschedule To request a refund or reschedule your booking: Contact RapidRacers customer service with your booking details. Submit your request within the eligible cancellation period. We will respond within 48 hours to confirm your refund or rescheduling status. Third-Party Bookings If you booked through a third-party vendor, please check their refund policies directly.
